Central takes part in The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2021

Central launches its annual fundraising campaign The Big Give Christmas Challenge on Tuesday 30th November. For one week only, any donations made online through the Big Give website will be doubled.

This year’s campaign aims to raise funds to enrich Central’s world-leading training with donations being used for the 2022 artistic programme and its innovative projects to develop undergraduate students’ skills and artistry. Professional dancers must be versatile, possess technical excellence and have extensive performance experience to excel in the performing arts industry. The challenges following the global pandemic have resulted in a highly competitive jobs market. While Central’s professional dance training is esteemed across the creative industries producing graduates who personify these advanced skills, new projects will provide dance students with additional opportunities to amplify these skillsets to better prepare for careers in the world’s leading dance companies and to influence the artform in the future.

Donations are particularly welcome in the campaign period, opening 12.00pm 30th November and concluding 7th December at 12.00pm, to gain the benefit of the matched funding from Big Give donors.
