2019 graduate, Alexander Fadayiro, asks you to donate to Central’s Big Give campaign

Calendar Posted 5 December 2019

Currently an Apprentice Artist with Ballet Black, Alexander graduated earlier this year and benefitted from a bursary during his time at Central.

Alexander was born in Kingston-Upon-Thames and quickly discovered a passion for dance. He joined Central on our undergraduate programme and had the opportunity to dance with some of the world’s most renowned dance companies. For example, he became a Student Associate in 2018/19 for Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake before graduating in July 2019 and joining Ballet Black.

During his undergraduate, Alexander was awarded a bursary to assist him financially. Coming from a single parent household, this helped to relieve the financial burden from his mother who has supported his dance career from an early age.

Any young person with the talent and determination to succeed in the dance industry deserves the chance to attend the best schools and receiving an outstanding dance education, regardless of financial limitations. Donate at the Big Give to double your donation and help us fund bursaries for more students like Alexander.
