Artists inspired by Ballet Central dancers

Thursday 29th November 2018 Isabel Campbell writes:

On Thursday morning Ballet Central dancers performed at the Mall Galleries monthly Coffee Morning.for Art Lovers.

It was a fantastic opportunity for the public to come and see Central dancers in Nutcracker costumes, who inspired the audience to create art of their own.

Surrounded by the paintings of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters Annual Exhibition, the dancers performed barre work and centre practice, led by Central ballet tutor, Julia Ellis.

It is the second time Central has collaborated with the Mall Galleries, and we look forward to working together in the future.

This event served as wonderful experience for the dancers ahead of the Ballet Central Nutcracker performances at the British Museum next week.
