Fees and Finance

Entry in 2018/19

The tuition fees for all UK/ EU postgraduate students commencing the MA course in January 2019 are £9,218,00.

The Conservatoire is a publicly funded institution which is registered with the Office for Students. As a Conservatoire student, you may be eligible to apply for a Postgraduate Loan through Student Finance England. A Postgraduate Loan can help with course and living costs whilst studying and is not household income assessed. Students can borrow up to £10,280 during their postgraduate course. Financial Support

Depending upon your individual circumstances, bursary support may be available. The Central School of Ballet in-house bursary fund is open for applications twice a year, once in the autumn term and once in the spring term. Awards are made in line with the school's student support policy and the available funds. Application forms will be distributed to all students in due course for both application rounds.

There could be opportunity during the application process to apply for funding towards fees, although to be eligible for Leverhulme funding, the applicant needs to be a UK resident.


Living Costs

The estimated living cost, in addition to tuition fess for students studying a 39-week programme of study is roughly £11,200.
